Terms governing use of the Systemhemlock website and engagement of our cold portfolio record-keeping consultations.

1. Acceptance
By accessing systemhemlock.click or engaging our consultation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use this website or book a session.
2. Services described
Systemhemlock Portfolio Records Ltd. provides record-keeping consultations for manually managed cold storage portfolios. We compile written documentation based on information you provide during sessions. We do not execute trades, hold assets, manage portfolios, or provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
3. Intellectual property
Website content, including text, layout, and design, is owned by Systemhemlock Portfolio Records Ltd. Bound records produced for clients belong to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymised methodology descriptions in internal training materials.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate device labels, trade logs, and allocation information
- Never share seed phrases, private keys, or wallet credentials with our staff
- Verify draft records within the revision window stated in your engagement letter
- Pay invoices within the stated timeframe
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South Korean law, Systemhemlock Portfolio Records Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our consultation services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
We do not guarantee that records we compile will satisfy any particular regulatory, tax, or legal requirement. You are responsible for determining whether our documentation meets your needs.
6. Confidentiality
We treat client portfolio details as confidential. We do not publish client names, device labels, or allocation figures without written consent. Session notes are stored securely and destroyed seven years after engagement completion unless you request earlier deletion.
7. Website use
You may not use this website to transmit unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or scrape content for commercial republication without permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ulsan, South Korea.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
