A four-hour working session producing a tamper-evident bound record of your cold portfolio allocations, trades, and rebalancing rationale for the year.
Who this is for
Holders with three or more cold storage devices — hardware wallets, air-gapped signers, or steel-seed backups — who rebalance once or twice a year without logging into custodial exchanges. Typical clients maintain allocation targets across Bitcoin, Ethereum, and a small set of long-hold assets they move only during scheduled rebalances.
What you receive
A bound annual record folder containing:
- Opening allocation worksheet with target weights and device labels
- Chronological trade log cross-referenced to your handwritten notes
- Before-and-after allocation charts for each rebalance event
- A signed attestation page dated and stamped at our Ulsan office
What is included
- Pre-session questionnaire about device labels, backup locations (not seed content), and rebalance schedule
- Four-hour working session at Office 9, 71 Sample-gil, Jung-gu, Ulsan
- Printed allocation charts and trade chronology
- Tamper-evident binding with numbered pages
- One revision round if you discover a missing trade within 14 days of delivery
What is excluded
- We never request seed phrases, private keys, or wallet unlock codes
- We do not execute trades on your behalf
- Tax filing or legal interpretation of your holdings
- Ongoing monitoring between sessions (available as a separate mid-year consultation)
Process
- Inquiry — Submit the contact form with your device count and preferred month
- Questionnaire — We send a paper form listing device labels and your target allocation
- Session — You read balances from your own devices; we compile the record in real time
- Review draft — A PDF proof arrives within three business days
- Delivery — Bound record shipped or collected from our Ulsan office
Preparation
Bring your handwritten trade log for the current calendar year, a printed allocation target sheet, and each hardware device charged and accessible. Do not bring seed phrase backups to the office — device labels only.
Pricing basis
Sessions start at ₩880,000 for portfolios with up to five cold devices and two rebalance events per year. Additional devices (₩60,000 each beyond five) and extra rebalance chronologies (₩120,000 each) are quoted before booking.
