Information we collect
Contact inquiries: Name, email address, consultation type, device count range, and message content submitted through our contact form.
Consultation engagements: Device labels, trade log transcriptions, allocation targets, session notes, and correspondence related to your record compilation.
Website usage: Essential cookies for site operation; optional analytics cookies if you accept them (see our Cookie Policy).
We never collect seed phrases, private keys, wallet PINs, or exchange credentials.
How we use your information
- Respond to inquiries within two business days
- Compile and deliver consultation records you have booked
- Send session confirmations, draft proofs, and invoices
- Improve website content based on aggregated, anonymised analytics (if accepted)
Legal basis
We process personal data based on contract performance (consultation engagements), legitimate interest (responding to inquiries), and consent (analytics cookies).
Data retention
Contact form submissions: 24 months from submission.
Consultation records and session notes: 7 years from engagement completion, then securely destroyed unless you request earlier deletion.
Analytics data: 14 months (if accepted).
Your rights
Under applicable South Korean privacy law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact hello@systemhemlock.click with your request. We respond within 30 days.
International transfers
Our primary systems are located in South Korea. If you engage us from abroad, your data is processed in South Korea. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Third-party services
We use privacy-respecting analytics only if you accept cookies. Google Fonts are loaded from Google servers when you visit our site — see our Cookie Policy for details.
Security
Session notes and draft records are stored on encrypted drives at our Ulsan office. We do not upload client portfolio details to cloud storage services.
