How we price
Every consultation is quoted before booking. Rates below are starting points for standard scopes. Additional cold devices, extra rebalance chronologies, and rush delivery adjust the final figure — always confirmed in writing before your session date.

Adjustments
- Additional cold device (beyond included count): ₩60,000 each
- Extra rebalance chronology (beyond two per year): ₩120,000 each
- Rush binding (delivery within 5 business days): ₩150,000 surcharge
- Secure video session (outside Ulsan): no surcharge, but scheduling limited to weekday mornings KST
What affects your estimate
The primary variables are device count, number of rebalance events in the calendar year, and whether you need mid-year supplements or estate materials in the same cycle. Holders with paper-only backups (no hardware wallet) typically require an extra hour of inventory work — quoted at ₩180,000.
Payment
We invoice after the session with bank transfer due within 14 days. A 30% deposit holds your session date for annual and estate engagements. Deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled session — see our Refund Policy.
No subscriptions
Systemhemlock does not offer monthly plans or recurring billing. Each consultation is a discrete engagement with a defined deliverable.
